Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. Financing applications through companies such as CareCredit, Cherry, and Scratchpay are completed directly through those providers.

Nomad Veterinary Care does not determine financing approval, interest rates, available plans, or payment terms. Information submitted directly to a payment or financing provider is governed by that provider’s privacy policy and terms.

We do not intentionally store complete debit- or credit-card numbers through our website.

We may collect or share information necessary to assist with a pet insurance claim, including invoices, medical records, treatment information, and policy information.

Most pet insurance companies reimburse the policyholder directly. For eligible Trupanion members, information may be submitted through Trupanion VetDirect Pay so that covered amounts may be paid directly to Nomad Veterinary Care.

Insurance coverage and reimbursement decisions are made solely by the insurance provider.

We may share information only as reasonably necessary with:

• Veterinarians, veterinary hospitals, laboratories, pharmacies, radiologists, specialists, and other providers involved in your pet’s care
• Website hosting, scheduling, communication, recordkeeping, payment, and technology providers
• Pet insurance companies when requested or authorized by you
• Financing companies when you choose to apply through their services
• Government, licensing, regulatory, or law-enforcement authorities when required by law
• Professional advisers, such as accountants, attorneys, or insurers
• A successor organization in connection with a merger, sale, reorganization, or transfer of the business

Nomad Veterinary Care does not sell or rent your personal information.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.
