Please note: We are unable to provide change for cash payments. Any overpayment will be applied as a credit to your account unless you choose to allow us to donate it on your behalf. Donations will be explicitly stated on your invoice.

Scratch Pay provides flexible veterinary payment plans through a quick online application process. Clients can view available options without affecting their credit score. Eligibility, rates, and terms vary by applicant.

Eligible Trupanion members may be able to have covered expenses submitted directly to Trupanion at checkout.

Payment & Insurance Information

Payment is due at the time services are provided. We are happy to assist clients with all pet insurance plans by providing the medical records and itemized invoices needed for claim submission. Most pet insurance plans operate through reimbursement, meaning the client pays Nomad Veterinary Care directly and then submits a claim to their insurance provider.

For eligible Trupanion members, we offer Trupanion VetDirect Pay™, which may allow covered expenses to be paid directly to Nomad Veterinary Care at checkout. Clients are responsible for any deductibles, coinsurance, non-covered services, and remaining balances.

Financing approval, available plans, interest rates, and payment terms are determined by each individual provider. Approval is not guaranteed.
